Deborah Regina Champagne is the President & CEO of DelCor3 Enterprises LLC , the umbrella for her DBAs – DelCor3 Entertainment & PR, DelCor3 PR
& Associates, A Reel Champagne Productions and DelCor3 Enterprises Travel.

She is a graduated of Claflin University where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Sciences & Economics, MLS School of Real Estate, and Clark Atlanta University where she earned a certification in Commercial Real Estate through the prestigious minorities’ real estate program ProjectReap. Her real estate training extends to earning licensing as a Realtor, Certified Real Estate Appraiser and serving as a Tax Assessing Official for the government. As a result of her 20+ years of experience and knowledge in real estate, she founded H.A.L.O. Real Estate Pros LLC (DBAs - a Real Estate Consultant, Business Lending Broker and H.A.L.O. Real Estate Agency).

The acronyms stand for Houses And Land Overseers. Under her company A Reel Champagne Productions, she and her sons write, create and produce content for film and television. In 2018, she shot her first short film Unwasted through the AT&T 48 Hour Film Festival in New York.
Deborah’s passions and hobbies include performing arts, music, traveling, reading, writing, fine wines, beauty products and shoes. She considers herself to be a Fun-Loving-Witty-Aquarius which is displayed on her podcast Get the Bubbly with Deborah Champagne.

She is the mother of two sons, Delvin and Corey, a grandson DJ, identical twin granddaughters Mariah and McKenzie and daughter (In-Law) Tasha.
She currently resides between Metro Atlanta and the DMV area.
